Al-Asdekaa contracting is an engineering contracting company that has been taking-on construction and finishing contracts for both public and private sectors since the 1990s. It’s Managing Director, Eng. Ayman AlTaher, has always had a relentless passion for process engineering. He has always sought leaner performance and efficient allocation of resources to deliver the required outcomes at just the right cost

In 2013, Eng. Ayman decided to revamp the whole company, and establish an organization that can achieve the required deliverables through the most efficient organizational design, and thus, Construction 407 was born. Eng. Ayman partnered with two young distinguished engineers, one process engineer, and one research and development engineer. The two young engineers have helped re-branding the company and adjusted its organizational design to achieve a creative positioning that can add value to a rapidly evolving market.
